General Terms and Conditions of 3D-Druck Hofmann
Validity for Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed through our online shop https://3d.hofmann-ebs.de.
(2) In the event of a contract conclusion, the contract is made with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The acceptance of the offer takes place in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week. After unsuccessful expiry of this period, the offer is deemed rejected.
(4) When an order is placed in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our internet shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:

4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
5) Registration in the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)
6) Re-checking or correcting the respective entered data
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Order and pay" or "Buy" button
The consumer can return to the internet page where the customer's details are recorded and correct entry errors by clicking the "Back" button in the internet browser they are using after checking their details, or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately with an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&Cs by email. You can view the T&Cs at any time at https://3d.hofmann-ebs.de/agb.
You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account → My Orders.
Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices shown include statutory sales tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are additional.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery takes place within 14 business days at the latest.
The delivery period begins, in the case of advance payment, on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon handover of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a mail order purchase.
Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, all custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please note that the above right of withdrawal does not apply to any personalized or custom-made goods.
